Self-Leveling Concrete: 8,000 sqft. Prep/Prime/Install Our expertise was called upon for 8,000 square feet of floor leveling in Kenmore, WA. The floor was Prepped to a CSP 3 finish, Ardex P-51 primer was installed and ¼” – 1/2” of Ardex V-1200 was installed per spec. This floor came with a 10 Year warranty because Floor Solutions is a Ardex Elite Installer.
