Overlayment Install & Concrete Polish Combination: 17,000 sqft. 400 grit polish finish Ardex PCT.
Our team was called upon to correct and flatten the floor surfaces for this 17,000 square foot high-traffic space. Our professionals worked to repair areas of the concrete where post-tension cables had been exposed and removed high spots of the concrete flooring to prepared the surface for polishing. Using two of our specialized pumps, our team placed 10,000 square feet of color adjusted Ardex PCT to raise and level the floor, producing the monolithic polished concrete look in line with our client's design vision. The final polish at 400 grit was sealed and buffed.
