About the Project
Overlayment Install & Polish: 36,000 sqft. 400 grit polish finish Durafloor TGA with locally sourced Pacific Northwest aggregates.
For this high-end retail space, our expertise was called upon for 36,000 square feet of hand-troweled polishable topping. Our professionals took on this remodel challenge of removing old glue, patching and repairing damaged sections of concrete, leveling and priming the floor in preparation for pouring overlayment. The team worked to screed and trowel in Durafloor TGA polishable overlay, mixed with local Pacific Northwest aggregates, to complete this project on-time for the client's compressed schedule and produced a modern polished concrete look. The final polish at 400 grit was sealed with a L&M Permaguard system.
