About the Project
Concrete Restoration & Polish: 3,580 sqft. 400 grit polish finish, with removal of underlayment.
In cooperation with the client, our expertise was called upon for 5,181 square feet of concrete resurfacing and polishing at the Lyft tenant improvement project. Our professionals took on the challenge of removing old glue, removing failing underlayment, pouring Ardex SD-T in areas to repair large sections of damaged concrete, and patching divots and cracks. Starting at 40 grit to ensure even aggregate exposure and improve floor flatness, the final polish at 400 grit was sealed and buffed.
